In 2024, the public enterprise «Housing and Communal Services Black Sea» carried out significant repair works in buildings under its management.
A total of 778 resident requests were processed.
At the residents' request, specialists performed the following works: roof repairs covering 510 sq.m; repair and replacement of drainage and sewer pipes – 365 m; electrical installation work (replacement of electrical cables) – 610 m; replacement of sewer outlets – 108 m; repair of stairwells in 8 buildings – 1230 sq.m; repair of pavements in 9 buildings – 94 sq.m; installation of mailboxes in 4 buildings.
During the preparation for the heating season, current repairs of central heating systems were conducted in 167 residential buildings – 340 m, with 83 valves replaced.
Daily, the enterprise's janitors maintain order in the adjacent territories. Cleaning is performed twice a day (sweeping yards, cleaning trash bins, picking up stray litter, washing garbage containers, etc.).
The communal services also mow grass, trim trees, clean up fallen leaves, and take care of flower beds and lawns. If necessary, they participate in city-wide clean-up days, eliminating illegal dumps and the aftermath of enemy attacks.
