At the 11th station of the Great Fountain, renovation work is underway for a beach specifically designed for people with disabilities. 

This project is commissioned by the Municipal Engineering Protection Department of Odessa. 

Currently, a metal framework and terrace planks have been installed, along with fencing elements and a metal ramp that is in the process of being installed to access the sea. 

Reinforced concrete ramps and beach platforms have been produced and delivered, as well as fencing elements to be installed on the retaining wall. 

Additionally, major repairs have been made to the sewage pumps and external sewage system, and locker rooms and showers have been renovated. 

Renovation of restroom facilities for persons with limited mobility, a medical station, and a storage/security point is ongoing. 

Preparations are also underway for a concrete area to install exercise equipment. 

For the safety of future beachgoers, a concrete shelter has been constructed and installed. 

The completion of the renovation works for the inclusive beach is planned by the end of June 2025.
