The employees of the Municipal Enterprise «Service Center» maintain the proper sanitary and operational conditions of boreholes, ponds in Victory Park, mobile shelters, city fountains, and monumental art not classified as architectural heritage throughout the year. In winter, when the fountains are «asleep», specialists regularly conduct preventive maintenance on the fountain equipment.

Every day, about 165 specialists work in the streets of Odessa, performing cleaning of assigned facilities and areas, mowing grass, washing monuments and fountain basins, and carrying out necessary repairs of all subordinate facilities.

Currently, the enterprise services: 16 borehole complexes; 27 fountains; a hydraulic complex of ponds in the territory of the dendrological park; 21 public toilets, including those adapted for people with disabilities; 45 monumental art objects that are not part of the cultural heritage; 4 landscaping elements at the entrances to Odessa; 149 fire reservoirs; a panoramic lift located on Primorsky Boulevard; 92 civil protection shelters and 6 primary (mobile) shelters.
