In Odessa, public services consistently manage the upkeep of monuments that are not designated as cultural heritage.

Experts from the Municipal Enterprise "Service Center" are regularly cleaning, repairing, and restoring monuments and their adjacent areas.

This week, the staff of the "Service Center" performed a series of activities to refresh the Memorial to Law Enforcement Defenders located on Ukrainian Heroes Avenue.

As part of the ongoing repairs, memorial plates were secured and the joints were treated.

Additionally, inscriptions honoring those who died protecting citizens and combating crime were restored. Moreover, specialists repaired chips and defects in the memorial elements and improved the surrounding area.

In total, the enterprise manages 45 monuments that are not classified as cultural heritage objects.
