The «Social Taxi» project has been thriving in Odesa for a year, initiated by the city council with the support of the «Barrier-Free» organization.

This service is designed for individuals with disabilities to ensure safe and comfortable transport to hospitals, rehabilitation centers, social services, and other institutions.

Since its launch, «Social Taxi» has completed over 2,500 trips, aiding residents in overcoming both distance and barriers.

The project is implemented in collaboration with Valentina Khoruzha, the ambassador of the national «Movement for Barrier-Free Environment» initiative, alongside veteran organizations, athletes with disabilities, and community groups.

To access the service, one can call 15-01 or fill out an application on the «Barrier-Free» organization’s website or Odesa’s official site.

The city continues to promote initiatives aimed at creating an accessible environment for all its residents.
