The heating supply process is ongoing in Odesa.

Initially, thermal energy is supplied to social infrastructure facilities: schools, kindergartens, hospitals, and residential buildings connected to small boilers.

Currently, the municipal enterprise «TMO» is working on connecting additional residential buildings. The technological process for the thermal energy to reach the system takes some time.

Managing companies, homeowners' associations, and housing cooperatives need to monitor the process in buildings, open valves, and ensure the thermal energy reaches the internal systems. This will facilitate the quicker delivery of heat to every apartment.

If heat is not available by the end of the week, residents should inform their managing companies for prompt clarification of the issues.

The heating service tariff for the public remains unchanged.
