Due to a tragic event that occurred on the night of January 27, 2026, resulting from a massive drone attack on Odesa, January 28, 2026, has been declared a day of mourning.

The national flag of Ukraine and the city flag of Odesa will be flown at half-mast with mourning ribbons.

All businesses, institutions, and organizations in the city are advised to limit music usage and refrain from hosting entertainment events.
