On December 12, 2024, the first stage of the All-Ukrainian competition «Source of Creativity» was held in Odesa in the nomination of «Club Leader» focused on military-patriotic and artistic- aesthetic education (musical profile).
Club leaders presented descriptions of their pedagogical experiences, which included an annotation titled «My Pedagogical Experience», the organization of a mass event, and the development of a club lesson.
Additionally, leaders showcased their work under the theme «My Pedagogical Credo». Educators demonstrated their professional skills, knowledge of methodology, pedagogy, and psychology, as well as their ability to engage children and encourage the development of their creative and intellectual abilities.
According to the decision of the city jury, the winners of the first stage of the All-Ukrainian competition «Source of Creativity» have been determined, and they will receive diplomas from the Department of Education and Science of the Odesa City Council:
First Degree
Military-patriotic direction:
Oleksandr Harkavchenko, leader of the «Young Patriots» club at the Odesa City Palace of Children and Youth Creativity;
Artistic-aesthetic (musical profile):
Anastasia Voiedylo, head of the exemplary artistic collective of the Astra Voice Studio at the Odesa Center for Children and Youth Creativity «Divosvit»;
Marina Zaitseva, head of the folk artistic collective «Palmyra» at the Odesa Center for Children and Youth Creativity «Samotsvit»;
Olha Petrusenko, head of the vocal club «Barvinok» at the Odesa Center for Children and Youth Creativity «Promin».
Second Degree
Artistic-aesthetic (musical profile):
Olena Varichenko, head of the club at the Odesa Palace of Children and Youth Creativity «Bila Akatsiya»;
Tetiana Vasyelkova, head of the club at the Odesa House of Children and Youth Creativity «Dominanta».
The All-Ukrainian competition «Source of Creativity» is held to support talented educators in extracurricular education institutions, promote their self-actualization, and stimulate further creative pedagogical activities.
