A new initiative has been launched in Ukraine by the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the National Police, and the State Emergency Service, named the «Mobile Safety Class» which focuses on improving safety awareness among children.
This project involves specially equipped vehicles where educational activities are conducted for both children and adults.
Recently, such a mobile unit parked again near Odesa Lyceum No. 100, where an event took place with representatives from the emergency service for 4th and 5th grade students.
During the session, children learned about the importance of adhering to safety rules in various scenarios, including mine and fire safety, traffic regulations, and home safety guidelines.
These mobile safety classes help to cultivate a responsible attitude in children towards their own safety and that of others. Instructors from the State Emergency Service and the National Police utilize interactive and game-based formats during the lessons.
This project is implemented with the support of UNICEF in Ukraine.
