History Olympiad in Lutsk: New Achievements

From April 9 to 13, the IV stage of the All-Ukrainian Olympiad in History took place in Lutsk. More than 140 students from various regions of Ukraine participated in the event.

The opening ceremony was held at the Museum of Contemporary Ukrainian Art of the Korsak family.

The competition consisted of two rounds: theoretical and practical.

The absolute winner was Artem Pastoshchuk, an 11th-grade student from Odesa Lyceum No. 9 (history teacher - Alina Sidenko).

Artem worked towards this victory for four years. In 2022, he placed first in the regional stage of the history Olympiad but could not attend the training camp due to the full-scale invasion.

A week earlier, Artem participated in the IV stage of the All-Ukrainian Olympiad in Geography, where he received a II degree diploma.

Throughout 2023 and 2024, Artem participated in various subject Olympiads and intellectual competitions, winning a record number of awards at different levels.

Additionally, Artem is a Presidential scholar and a scholarship holder from the Mayor of Odesa.
