On November 20, 2025, Odesa celebrated an impressive gala concert for the city festival 'Starry Youth of Odesa', dedicated to Universal Children's Day.

At the Odesa Palace of Children's and Youth Creativity 'White Acacia', the best young talents performed – both groups and solo artists from extracurricular institutions. The spectacular program, involving 346 gifted children, highlighted that Odesa provides all necessary conditions for nurturing young talents.

The gala concert not only marked the end of the competition but also served as a celebration recognizing the most successful extracurricular institutions in the city with valuable prizes.

The 'Starry Youth' festival once again proved its importance in fostering children's creativity and instilling national-patriotic values in the younger generation. The event united children, parents, and the educational community, turning into a true celebration of talent and inspiration.

The event was organized by the Odesa Palace of Children's and Youth Creativity with the support of the Department of Education and Science of the Odesa City Council.
