New Opportunities for Parents: the eBaby Service is Back

The eBaby service is once again available on the Diya portal, enabling the swift processing of up to nine public services with a single application.

In light of this, the Odesa City Council's Administrative Services Center is resuming document acceptance for the eBaby electronic public service.

Parents can apply for the eBaby service if:

- the child does not yet have a birth certificate;

- the child was born in a medical facility in Ukraine;

- the parents are citizens of Ukraine.

To submit an application, the following documents are required:

- marriage certificate (if applicable),

- passports of both parents,

- TIN (Taxpayer Identification Number) of both parents,

- UDR (Unique Registration Number) of at least one parent,

- electronic medical certificate of birth or medical birth certificate (form  № 103/o),

- certificate of refusal to receive one-time natural assistance “Baby Package” from the maternity hospital,

- bank social account number of the child benefit recipient (the parent on parental leave),

- "PrivatBank" card,

- special account for the "Baby Package" (if the natural assistance was declined).

To access the comprehensive service, parents of newborns need to register in advance for the electronic queue.
