The «Charity Week 2025» has kicked off in Odessa. This annual initiative brings together local authorities, businesses, and the community to engage in good deeds for the benefit of society.
 
Traditionally, the project lasts for one week each year. This time, 15 weeks of good deeds are scheduled from April 4 to July 18. 

«We gather here today not just to launch the «Charity Week» but to open our hearts, share our energy, and invest our dreams for a brighter future. It is especially pleasant that these good deeds extend beyond Odessa, uniting all of Ukraine!»

Thanks to your efforts and volunteers from various cities, kindness becomes a universal language understood by everyone, regardless of age, profession, or place of residence,— stated the mayor of Odessa, Gennady Trukhanov.

In 2025, the project has expanded and is also being implemented in other cities across Ukraine. 

The initiator of the «Charity Week», Deputy Mayor Pavel Vugelman, addressed the participants:

«I truly believe in the boomerang effect of goodness in the world. I believe that kindness always returns with kindness! It doesn't always require resources or money, just the desire to help!»
