Today, at the intersection of Nyna Strokata and European Streets in Odesa, a tribute event called "Honor.9:00" took place. The main goal of this event is to remind residents of the importance of a daily moment of silence for those who have fallen due to Russian aggression.
Honoring the Memory of the Fallen
Tens of thousands of individuals, both military and civilian, have lost their lives in the armed aggression of the Russian Federation. The event organizers emphasize that each of us can dedicate a minute each day to honor their memory.
Residents Joined In
Concerned residents participated in the event, using signs to remind drivers about the moment of silence. Drivers responded with understanding to the brief delay, stopping to show respect for the fallen.
It is worth noting that the moment of silence is observed daily in all cities of Ukraine, in accordance with presidential decree №143/2022
"On the Nationwide Moment of Silence for Those Who Died as a Result of Armed Aggression by the Russian Federation Against Ukraine".
"Stop, remember, honor. Memory is action!" — emphasize the event organizers.
The organizers invite everyone to join them every Wednesday and Saturday at 8:50 AM.
