This morning, around 11 AM, patrol officers received a call regarding an attempted break-in at a residence on Academic Filatov Street.

The caller reported that an unidentified man was trying to enter an apartment on the fourth floor via the balcony.

Upon arrival, officers found the man clinging to the fourth-floor balcony.
They called for firefighters, who used a ladder to rescue him.

During a brief search, officers discovered several knives on him. The man was unable to explain his actions.

Furthermore, it was revealed that this individual had previous charges under Article 185 (Theft) and Article 187 (Robbery) of the Criminal Code.
To clarify the circumstances of the incident and to determine the legal classification of the suspect's actions, he was taken to the police station.
