The open Ukrainian championship in shooting for younger athletes has concluded in Vinnytsia, featuring over 200 young shooters from 13 regions and the capital.

The Odessa team, comprised of students from local sports schools, performed remarkably well at this event.

In the small-bore rifle prone event at 50 meters, Illya Ananyev (KDYUSH № 3) became the champion, while Danilo Ananyev (KDYUSH № 3) secured third place. Together with Yegor Mozusenko, they also won the team championship in this event.

In the three-position small-bore rifle shooting, the Odessa team with Illya Ananyev, Illya Kostev, and Yegor Mozusenko claimed the championship title.

Among girls, in the small-bore rifle prone event at 50 meters, the silver medals went to Ksenia Gerasimova, Kateryna Nikonенко, and Vitalina Martyniuk.

The athletes were trained by coaches Olga Chikalo and Svitlana Skachko.
