Renowned Ukrainian high jumper Oleg Doroshchuk is scheduled to compete in the Diamond League event in Monaco on July 11.
This announcement comes from the competition's press service, which released the list of participants for the men's high jump.
Doroshchuk missed the recent European Team Championships 2025 in Madrid due to a knee injury, with Dmitry Nikitin stepping in for him.
So far this summer season, Doroshchuk has only participated in one event—the Diamond League stage in Rome, where he finished second with a jump of 2.30 meters.
In March, he competed at the World Indoor Championships, securing fifth place with a result of 2 m 28 cm. Prior to that, Oleg won gold at the European Championships held in Apeldoorn, achieving a height of 2 m 34 cm.
