Sharing documents via the Diia app – is a modern and convenient method for transmitting electronic copies without the need for copiers or scanners.

With just a few clicks in the Diia app, your document is sent directly to the required institution's system.
This service is perfect when you urgently need a document that you do not have on hand.

What documents can be sent via Diia?

  • ID card;
  • international passport;
  • tax identification number;
  • birth certificate;
  • veteran certificate.

How does it work?

  • scan the QR code at the public center;
  • receive a request in the Diia app with information on who is requesting which document;
  • confirm the transfer using Diia.Signature;
  • the copy is automatically sent to the institution's system.

What is required to use the sharing feature?
You only need the necessary document in your Diia and an activated Diia.Signature.
