The Ukrainian government is focusing on digitizing services for veterans. The long-awaited electronic veteran certificate is now available in the Diia app, marking a significant step for over 1 million Ukrainians.
This certificate allows veterans to use it in various situations without needing a paper version, making it particularly convenient for securing mortgages or social benefits.
Available for:

• individuals with disabilities due to war;
• participants affected by the Revolution of Dignity;
• family members of deceased veterans;
• family members of fallen defenders of Ukraine.
How to obtain the electronic certificate:
- download the Diia app and click "Add Document";
- select "Veteran Certificate" and consent to data retrieval;
