The Whistleblower Portal has been operational for over a year now. As of today, more than 7,500 organizations have joined, submitting over 4,100 reports.

To assist users in effectively utilizing this digital service, the NACP has developed Methodological Recommendations for efficiently working with the Whistleblower Portal.

What steps must a manager take to connect their organization to the Portal?

First, send a request letter to the NACP to obtain permission for connection;

Once permission is granted, visit the link: https://id.eppv.nazk.gov.ua/ and authenticate using a digital or hardware key. The system supports only these key formats: .jks, .pfx, .pk8, .zs2, .dat.

For further actions in the system, follow these authorization steps:

• enter your email address on the home page and click the «Confirm» button;
• click the «Get confirmation code» button;
• the activation code will be sent to your email. Enter it and confirm on the portal;
• after confirming your email address, click the «Confirm» button again.

If authorization is successful, the system will automatically redirect you to the organization's manager's personal cabinet.
