Government services will become even more accessible online through new electronic platforms — the Government has unveiled a digitalization strategy extending to 2026.
Twenty-five governmental bodies, including the Ministry of Digital Transformation, are involved in this initiative. Our objective is to ensure that every citizen can access services easily: without paperwork, queues, or bureaucracy.
We plan to digitalize services in over 30 sectors, including education, healthcare, veterans' social protection, military services, construction, customs, and more. Among the innovations are online registration for divorces and death, along with the ability to take the theoretical driving test remotely. We will also streamline customs services to reduce bureaucracy and corruption.
The Ministry of Digital Transformation is continuing to enhance government services, enabling citizens to receive them more swiftly, without unnecessary time loss and bureaucracy. We aim to make the state more digital and the services even more user-friendly.
