Exciting New Features in Google Maps

Google Maps is rolling out new features aimed at enriching user experiences by providing insights about locations before visiting, finding electric vehicle charging spots, and other useful tools.
Now, when searching for a restaurant, hotel, or any other establishment, users will be able to gather more helpful information thanks to a new AI feature. This feature compiles reviews and tips, such as how to better book a table or where to park conveniently.
The "Know before you go" feature is currently available to users in the USA on both Android and iOS platforms.
Another new addition is the ability to view available charging stations for electric vehicles. Previously, Google Maps only marked the locations of charging stations, but now it will show the approximate number of available slots. This update will begin rolling out over the next few weeks for Android Auto and vehicles with built-in Google systems worldwide.
Additionally, Google Maps has introduced an Explore tab that will assist users in finding new interesting spots. It will showcase popular and trending restaurants or events nearby, and users will be able to swipe through options seamlessly. This update will be gradually made available to users globally.
Users will also be able to leave reviews under their chosen nicknames. They can select an avatar and name that match their review style. Meanwhile, the system will continue monitoring suspicious and fake ratings to prevent abuse. This update will later be available in both the mobile app and the web version of Google Maps.
