In 2024, the communal enterprise «Housing and Communal Services of Peresyp» carried out extensive renovation works in the buildings under its management.
A total of 764 requests from residents were processed.
According to the requests from residents, the specialists of the enterprise completed the following works: repair of centralized heating systems – 15 requests; replacement of central heating pipes – 76 linear meters; replacement of sewage pipes – 54 linear meters; replacement of cold water supply pipes – 132 linear meters; replacement of stormwater drainage pipes – 20 linear meters; roof repairs – slate – 59 sq.m and soft roof – 270 sq.m; cleaning of basements – 1979 sq.m; cleaning of attics – 1977 sq.m; repair of electrical panels – 8 units; replacement of light fixtures – 8 units; repair of the entrance – 1 building. Disinfection was also carried out in 7 buildings and deratization in 2 buildings. The green zones covering an area of 7.2 hectares were maintained. Two illegal dumps were eliminated.
The workers of the enterprise participated in 9 emergency responses to the consequences of enemy shelling. 125 linear meters of windows were sealed with film.
Additionally, every day, the janitors of the enterprise maintain order in the yards. Cleaning is conducted twice a day (sweeping yards and sidewalks, emptying bins, collecting litter, washing trash bins, etc.).
The communal services also perform grass cutting, tree trimming, leaf collection, and care for flower beds and lawns around the serviced buildings. When necessary, they participate in citywide clean-up days, eliminate illegal dumps, and address the aftermath of enemy attacks.
