The municipal enterprise «Housing and Utility Service «Cheryomushki» has been actively engaged in repairs and maintenance of the buildings under its management in 2024.

At the request of the residents, specialists from «Housing and Utility Service «Cheryomushki» carried out essential repair works, including: roof repairs covering an area of 1400 sq.m (300 sq.m of slate); replacement of downspouts totaling 60 linear meters; renovation of the entrance; replacement of central heating pipelines over 234 linear meters; repair of cold water supply pipelines at 188 linear meters; storm sewer repairs at 20 meters; electrical network upgrades over 880 linear meters; and current maintenance of the sewage system at 500 linear meters.

Additionally, in response to the aftermath of hostile attacks, glazing of the entrances of apartment buildings was completed at 50 sq.m.

Moreover, the company's workers maintain cleanliness in the adjacent territories daily. Cleaning is performed twice a day (sweeping yards, emptying bins, collecting litter, washing garbage containers, etc.).

The utility workers also mow grass, trim trees, gather fallen leaves, and care for the flower beds and lawns. They participate in city-wide clean-up days when necessary, addressing illegal dump sites and the consequences of hostile attacks.
