The inclusive beach No. 11 in Odessa has long become more than just a relaxation spot; it has transformed into a true hub of unity, support, and new friendships.
In early September, around a hundred veterans and their families gathered here to spend a day by the sea, engage in conversations, share laughter, and simply enjoy each other's company.
The gentle sea breeze, music from the military band, the aroma of barbecued food, and heartfelt discussions created an atmosphere where everyone felt at home.
“Friends, comrades, and families came together around shared values,” noted Odessa's deputy mayor, Serhiy Kotsyuba.
It’s worth mentioning that the municipal inclusive beach No. 11 opened its doors on July 1, 2025. Since then, it has served as a wellness spot for thousands of residents and visitors from all over Ukraine.
This event was organized with the support of the Primorsky District Administration in cooperation with the NGO “Barrier-Free”.
