The public utility company 'Porto-Frankivsk Housing and Communal Services' has carried out extensive renovations of structural elements and engineering systems in its residential buildings in 2024.

At the request of residents, specialists performed various maintenance tasks, including: roof repairs – 3682 sq. m; drainage network repairs – 731 linear meters; roadway repairs – 1296.7 sq. m; restoration of asphalt in yards – 101.13 sq. m; entrance repairs – 1695 sq. m; central heating system repairs – 1023 linear meters; cold water supply network repairs – 1361 linear meters; electrical network repairs – 1769 linear meters; window glazing – 131 sq. m; archway repairs – 1 building.

Additionally, the utility's janitors maintain cleanliness in the adjacent territories daily. Cleaning is performed twice a day (sweeping yards and sidewalks, emptying trash bins, removing litter, washing garbage containers, etc.).

Moreover, the utility workers perform grass mowing, tree trimming, leaf collection, and care for flower beds and lawns near the serviced buildings. When necessary, they participate in citywide cleaning events, tackling illegal dumps and the aftermath of hostile attacks.
