The Municipal Enterprise «Service Center» is responsible for numerous urban maintenance objects across Odesa.
These include 45 monumental art objects that are not part of the cultural heritage, along with 4 urban infrastructure elements at the city entrances.
Additionally, the enterprise manages 27 fountains and 16 drinking water complexes throughout Odesa.
Every day, municipal workers inspect assigned objects and territories for signs of vandalism and quickly address any issues.
This year, around thirty incidents of vandalism have affected the properties managed by the «Service Center», including graffiti, damage to paving, equipment, and fountain elements.
Specialists from the center promptly repair the damage and cover up any offensive inscriptions.
The Odesa City Council urges residents and visitors to treat community property with respect. If you witness any acts of vandalism, please report it at 102 (police).
