On the night of November 7, 2024, a hostile attack in the Khadjibey district of Odesa resulted in damage to three residential buildings, 14 vehicles, and a gas pipeline.
As of 2 PM, damage has been recorded in 110 apartments. Utility workers are addressing the aftermath of the night attack by helping to temporarily cover window openings with plastic. The plastic and other materials were provided by the NGO "Tenth of April" with the support of UNHCR and the charity fund "Winds of Change".
For the residents of the damaged buildings and the utility workers on-site, the charity fund "Morning of Revival" has organized hot meals and beverages.
Medical staff and psychologists from the Primary Health Care Center No. 16 have provided psychological support to those affected by the attack.
Additionally, a city operational headquarters is working on-site. Citizens can contact the headquarters for assistance with recovering windows and doors and receive consultation regarding the state program eRecovery.
Applications for assistance under the eRecovery program and material aid from the city budget for the restoration of windows and doors can also be submitted to the Khadjibey District Administration.
