The Municipal Enterprise «Chornomorskyi Housing and Utility Service» ensures cleanliness in the courtyards and buildings under its management every day.

Twice a day, the staff conducts cleaning operations (sweeping yards and sidewalks, emptying trash bins, clearing litter, washing garbage containers, etc.).

As part of scheduled work, the service employees mow the grass and maintain flower beds and lawns around the buildings they service.

Upon request from residents, specialists from the «Chornomorskyi Housing and Utility Service» also carry out repairs on the buildings' utility systems.

On Wednesdays and Thursdays, the specialists conduct technical inspections of buildings, repair engineering networks, clean stairwells, wash containers, trim hazardous trees, and prune bushes and branches according to the budget.

In October, the service worked at the following addresses: Yaroslav Mudryi Ave, 5, 34, 34a, 36, 13, and 25; Ak. Korolyov St 42, 118/2, 76/2, 81/3, 45/1, 53/1, 58, and 104/1; Hlodan Family St, 6/1, 23, 13, 15, 17, and 27; Y. Chykalenko St, 75, 77, and 52/4; Lustdorf Road, 176, and 178.

Additionally, two sewer discharge points were replaced at Yaroslav Mudryi Ave, 13/1. The pavement was restored after the sewer discharge replacement at Hlodan Family St, 17; benches and trash bins were painted at Ak. Korolyov St, 90a; and preparatory work for a new elevator installation was carried out at Hlodan Family St, 31 (including cementing the elevator pit and thresholds). The internet cables in the entrances were organized at Yaroslav Mudryi Ave, 34 and 36, and roof cleaning was performed at Hlodan Family St, 4.

Moreover, the Chornomorskyi Housing and Utility Service purchased LED lights, which have already begun installation in the entrances of serviced buildings.

This week, experts from the Chornomorskyi Housing and Utility Service, along with other municipal workers, participated in addressing the aftermath of enemy shelling.
