A mobile energy solution has been introduced in the Podil community – an innovative complex featuring a diesel generator, photovoltaic system, and batteries. This equipment will enhance the community's resilience during power outages.
This was reported by the Odesa Regional State Administration.
In the event of a power cut or damage to the electrical grid, the mobile installation can swiftly provide electricity to critical facilities.
The capacity of the installation is up to 5,000 subscribers, enabling the operation of hospitals, schools, and other vital establishments under crisis conditions.
In the future, such complexes could be deployed throughout the Odesa region, creating a network of mobile energy solutions for communities.
«The issue of energy security is becoming one of the key priorities. The Odesa region, being a strategically important area, shows how collective efforts can not only respond to current threats but also lay the groundwork for a sustainable future», – emphasized the ODA.
