A forum titled «Bridges of Understanding: An Evening of Family Trust» took place in Bolhrad, organized by the charity fund «Gift». The event attracted 115 participants from various regions of Odesa Oblast.
The main speaker was family policy expert Adrian Bukovynskyi from Kyiv, who discussed support and strengthening of family relationships. Attendees had the opportunity to ask anonymous questions related to their personal and family issues.
"Family requires daily effort to maintain relationships. Without love, this effort becomes harder. Love is the driving force in relationships at different stages of family life," emphasized Adrian Bukovynskyi in his lecture.
The forum was held in an informal and open atmosphere. Participants were welcomed at the «Boomerang» restaurant, where they could not only interact with the expert but also enjoy a cultural program. The musical accompaniment was provided by the band «Another Life» from the village of Loshchynivka.
The organizers stress that such events foster deeper dialogue among family members and the community, enhancing levels of trust and mutual understanding.
"One of the main directions of our charity work is to support families during the war — emotionally, psychologically, and physically, including through humanitarian and food assistance. We believe that today's event will help families improve their relationships. Everyone got answers to their questions or left with thoughts to ponder," said Svitlana Berbat, director of the charity fund "Gift".
Those involved in the preparation and execution of the forum included:
The «God's Gift» Church, which assisted at all stages;
The «Source of Living Water» Church from Izmail, which created a photo zone;
The «Word of Life» Church from Loshchynivka — musical accompaniment;
The «Dignified Life» Church from Vasylivka, which helped with participant registration;
Anastasiya Besonova, head of the Youth Council of Bolhrad City Council — moderation of the event;
Nataliya Velenhura, head of the IDP council — organizational support.
The event was part of initiatives to support social cohesion and family values in the region. Organizers expressed their gratitude to all partners and participants for their active involvement.
