The number of individuals affected by the night attack on Odesa has increased to eight. As of this morning, four wounded remain in the city's medical facilities, while others are receiving outpatient treatment.

This was reported by the head of the Odesa Regional State Administration, Oleg Kiper.

The Prosecutor's Office has initiated an investigation

The Odesa Regional Prosecutor's Office has opened a criminal case under part 1 of article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (war crimes). The attack damaged residential buildings, private business premises, medical facilities, shops, service stations, and at least 37 vehicles (passenger and cargo). Law enforcement is currently documenting all the consequences of the shelling.
