The staff of the Municipal Enterprise «Miskzelentrest» has begun installing new vertical flower arrangements on streetlight poles.

These decorative vases will adorn well-known locations such as the Theater Square, Stock Exchange Square, and Deribasivska Street among other central streets in Odessa.

This year, a total of 52 new floral arrangements are planned to be placed across various parts of the city. For this purpose, a variety of plants like geraniums, pelargoniums, tradescantia, and asparagus have been cultivated in the enterprise's greenhouses.

Moreover, the team has already started replacing spring flowers with summer ones. All plants for the flowerbeds and vertical arrangements are being grown in the «Rose» greenhouses.

This summer, Odessa will be adorned with 350,000 summer flowers, including petunias, begonias, pelargoniums, and other decorative plants.
