Restoration of Damaged Residential Building in Odesa

In Odesa, restoration efforts have commenced for an apartment building that suffered damage from shelling.

The restoration is taking place at a site located at Novoselskogo Street, 51, which has faced multiple attacks. The most recent strike occurred in November 2024.

As a result of the shelling, significant damage was inflicted on external structural elements and the roof.

Following the completion of all necessary procedures and the tender process, the contractor has initiated full restoration of the facility.

Currently, emergency works are underway: they are dismantling the hazardous annex, including load-bearing structures, ceilings, and walls that require replacement. Additionally, repair of the roof, which was damaged by the shockwave, is ongoing — work on the left annex has been completed while the roof of the front wing is still being reinforced.

It’s important to note that there are currently three more sites in the design and expertise phase: located on Balkivska, Serednia, and Kanatna streets.
