On the occasion of Safer Internet Day, an international seminar titled “Modern Challenges and Opportunities in Education” was held in Odessa. 

This event was organized as part of the collaboration between the Odessa City Council and the State University of Intellectual Technologies and Communications.

Key topics discussed included:

- ensuring a safe learning environment through innovative technologies;

- the importance of partnerships with stakeholders for successful educational transformation;

- computer science and information systems, and safe use of internet resources;

- analysis of traffic from the IT company Jooble, artificial intelligence in education: new challenges and opportunities;

- the role of cyber psychology in modern education.

At the end of the seminar, participants received certificates.

Safer Internet Day is celebrated on February 11. The main goal of this day is to raise awareness among youth about the safe and responsible use of digital technologies.
