In October 2024, the international competition for innovative projects and teaching methods titled «Professional Success» was held by the International Innovative Center «PERRSPEKTIVA PLUS».
Educators and students from the Peresyp district of Odesa participated and achieved first place in the following categories:
- «Best Presentation» on the topic «Physical Education in Preschools during Distance Learning Using ICT Technologies» - Odesa Preschool Educational Institution «Nursery-Kindergarten» No. 295;
- «Best Presentation» on the topic «Continuity of the New Ukrainian School and Preschool Education. Interaction. Innovation», «Patriotic Education» - Odesa Preschool Educational Institution «Nursery-Kindergarten» No. 232;
- «Song Marathon» in the category «Preschoolers», in the nomination «Pop and Jazz Singing» - Odesa Preschool Educational Institution «Nursery-Kindergarten» No. 121 of combined type.
The competition aimed to create conditions that promote the development of intellectual and creative potential among educators, engage them in research and project activities, and enhance professional qualifications.
Additionally, in October, Odesa Preschool Educational Institution «Kindergarten» No. 45 received a grant for the development of robotics and STEM education in Ukraine under the First Lego League program. A Memorandum of Cooperation was signed, planned for 5 years.
Educators from the institution underwent training in Kyiv and received trainer certificates for implementing First Lego League programs in educational institutions.
This project will provide extensive opportunities for developing children's creative abilities. They will learn to understand spatial relationships, differentiate shapes, analyze, compare, and generalize.
