On December 10, Odesa launched an innovative educational laboratory for electronic communications networks – the first of its kind in Ukraine!

What makes it special?

• State-of-the-art equipment from leading brands: CISCO, HUAWEI, Hewlett-Packard, ZTE, and others.
• Ability to operate autonomously even during power outages or alerts.
• Located in a shelter – safe learning environment!

This initiative was made possible through the collaboration of the State University of Intelligent Technologies and Communications, Odesa Regional Administration, and the «Regional Information and Analytical Center».

This marks a new level of training for future specialists in the field of communications. Students will gain practical knowledge and work with cutting-edge equipment.

During the opening, a roundtable discussion took place on the topic: «Cooperation between government bodies, universities, and businesses for restoring communications during wartime». Participants discussed strategies to ensure the country has modern personnel and stable communications, as well as topics of training, retraining, and further employment for veterans.

The future of communications is already here, and Odesa is a step ahead!
