An international cardiology conference was held in Odesa.

For two days, the city clinical hospital No. 10 hosted a conference titled «Current Issues in Diagnosis and Treatment of Cardiovascular Diseases. A Multidisciplinary Approach». Participants discussed scientific reports and crucial aspects of cardiology development, including a masterclass on a real surgical intervention.

This event is significant for both experienced doctors and medical students. During the surgery conducted by doctors from Lviv, Liliya Sorokhtey and Yuriy Melent, medical professionals from around the globe could watch the procedure live.

Dr. Alfonso Ielazi from Galeazzi Hospital (Milan) joined the broadcast to provide commentary on the surgery. The topics discussed are relevant not only for today but also for the future of medicine.
