The Odesa region is making significant strides in enhancing its emergency medical services. Recently, a new ambulance was donated to the «Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi Emergency Medical Station».
This station suffered damage from enemy shelling, leading to the loss of critical equipment and posing a serious challenge for medical teams.
The arrival of the new vehicle signifies a restoration of the ability to respond swiftly to emergencies and save lives under the toughest conditions.
The transfer of the ambulance was made possible through collaborative efforts:
- the president of the NGO «International Horizons Charity Fund» Alireza Pakhlevanzade;
- the head of the Avanhard village council, Serhiy Khrustovskyi;
- the director of KNP «Avanhard Primary Health Care Center», Oleksandr Klymchuk;
- the initiative of Oksana Rokunets-Sorochan, director of the Odesa Regional Health Department.
The official handover took place at the KNP «Odesa Regional Center for Emergency Medical Care and Disaster Medicine» of the Odesa Regional Council. The keys were handed over to the Center's director, Ihor Kiyashko.
Our heartfelt thanks to everyone involved. In times of war, when every second counts, such assistance is invaluable.
