Innovations in Healthcare: New Technologies for Enhanced Wellbeing

On November 6, 2025, a conference was held at the diagnostic center of the City Clinical Hospital No. 10, focusing on the introduction of innovative technologies and artificial intelligence in medical practice.

The event brought together general practitioners, therapists, cardiologists, and other specialized professionals.

Organized by the Association of Family Medicine of the Odesa Region, the conference marked a significant step in the continuous development of Odesa's medical professionals.

Denis Sebov, the director of Hospital No. 10, provided insights into the National Health Screening Program set to begin in Ukraine on January 1, 2026.

Experts discussed the scope of screenings and the requirements for medical facilities participating in the project, particularly emphasizing accessibility compliance.

Participants also learned about the latest technologies being implemented at Hospital No. 10, including the capabilities of fundus cameras for tomographic and biomicroscopic imaging of the retina, as well as an artificial intelligence program for the initial screening of diabetic retinopathy.

Furthermore, the possibilities of utilizing modern technologies in primary healthcare were discussed.
