On April 2, 2025, Odessa hosted an exciting cheerleading competition featuring fourteen teams from secondary educational institutions, part of the project «Side by Side Nationwide School Leagues».

Participating teams included those from Odessa Lyceums No. 60, 63, 73, 89, 100, 122, 111, as well as «Leader» and «Harmony», and Gymnasiums No. 19, 26, and 125.

The young cheerleaders displayed impressive grace, gymnastic skills, and dancing talents.

According to the judges, the first place in category “A” was won by the team from Odessa Gymnasium No. 26, while Odessa Lyceums No. 63 and 60 took second and third places respectively.

In category “B”, the girls from Odessa Lyceum No. 73 achieved a bright victory, with teams from Odessa Lyceums No. 111 and 89 securing second and third places respectively.

The winning teams will represent Odessa at the regional stage of the competition.
