Women's Leadership as a Catalyst for Change: 'She Can' Project Concludes in Dobroslav
The final event of the 'She Can' project took place in the Dobroslav community, aimed at empowering women and encouraging their active participation in community life.
This initiative was implemented by the NGO 'Agency for Educational Policy Development' in collaboration with D4U – Dialogue for Understanding, with support from the German Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
During the concluding meeting, participants presented four initiatives developed from the training sessions. The projects impressed with their relevance, creativity, and commitment to fostering positive changes in their communities.
Invited by community head Lyudmyla Prokopechko, the director of the Regional Office for International Cooperation in Odesa, Oleksandr Sheka, attended the event. As an expert, he provided valuable recommendations and praised the high level of preparation of the presented ideas.
Such initiatives demonstrate the effectiveness of international partnerships and highlight the importance of supporting women's leadership for sustainable development in Odesa region.
