From April 21 to 25, 2025, educational institutions in Odesa hosted Safety Week.
At the Odesa preschool No. 306, an event titled «Everyday Safety» was held for teachers and leaders of preschool establishments, featuring experts from emergency services and the police.
Practical sessions on «Traffic Regulations. Patrol Car Overview» were organized for older children, while younger groups enjoyed a themed lesson titled «Safety Friends: Marshall the Dog».
Through games and activities, participants recognized the importance of following safety rules.
During Safety Week, representatives from the Ukrainian Red Cross visited Lyceum No. 56. An instructor conducted informative sessions on safety for students in grades 7-9, and 4th graders had the opportunity to learn about the rapid response team's work.
Students in grade 7 at the «Marinsky» Lyceum participated in a survey titled «What Do I Know About Safety?», sharing their knowledge on actions during emergencies.
At specialized school No. 32, a representative from the State Emergency Service conducted informative sessions on fire safety and practical evacuation drills.
Safety Week aimed to enhance children's awareness and foster a responsible attitude towards safety.
