During the National Barrier-Free Week, the NGO «BARRIER-FREE» facilitated a visit to the performance «Natalka Poltavka» for 30 individuals with disabilities at the Odessa Opera House. 

«Culture must be accessible to all. The right to experience emotions is as crucial as the right to education or healthcare», — stated Oleksiy Morozov, advisor to the Mayor of Odessa on barrier-free issues and head of the NGO «BARRIER-FREE». 

This marks another step towards a barrier-free Odessa, where art is open to everyone.
