The Ukrainian Climbing Cup took place in Kropyvnytskyi from December 5 to 7, 2024, showcasing thrilling competitions in speed climbing.

A total of 149 competitors participated: 67 women and 82 men.

Odesa was represented by athletes from the Odesa Specialized Children and Youth Sports School of Olympic Reserve and the Odesa Regional School of Higher Sports Mastery “Olimpiiets”.

At the Ukrainian Cup stage, Yevheniya Kolesnyk from the Olympic Reserve School initially secured a silver medal, then improved her performance in the finals to become the champion.

Konstantin Pavlenko from the Odesa Regional School “Olimpiiets” also won a silver medal at this event.

The athletes were coached by Lyubov Zymova and Tetiana Pashayeva.
