On April 13, the traditional cycling race «Utochkin Memorial» will result in traffic restrictions in Odesa.

This was announced by the Odesa City Council.

From 08:30 to 12:00, access to Marazliivska Street will be prohibited — on the section from Dmytro Lesych Lane (formerly known as Baryatynskyi) to Troitska Street.

The restrictions do not apply to special vehicles or cars participating in the competition.
