From August 10 to 17, Vinnytsia hosted the Ukrainian championship in shooting for athletes born in 2002 and younger.

The Odessa region was represented by athletes from the Comprehensive Children's and Youth Sports School No. 3 and the regional shooting sports school.

In the men's prone event with a small-caliber rifle at 50 meters, the champion was Ivan Tkalenko (regional sports school), while Ilya Ananyev (Children's Sports School No. 3) secured a bronze medal.

In the MG-5 event (shooting from three positions), Ivan Tkalenko earned a silver medal, and the team composed of Ivan Tkalenko, Danil Ananyev, and Yegor Mosuzenko won bronze medals.

In the women's prone event with a small-caliber rifle at 50 meters, the Odessa team, including Ksenia Gerasimova (Children's Sports School No. 3), Olga Rudik, and Ekaterina Nikonенко (regional shooting sports school), took home bronze medals.

The athletes were coached by trainers Olga Chikalova (Children's Sports School No. 3) and Svitlana Skachko (regional shooting sports school).
