New Service for Vehicle Registration Certificate Replacement on the "Diia" Portal

A new feature for replacing vehicle registration certificates will soon be available on the "Diia" platform.

This has been announced by the application’s press service.

"Lost your document? Damaged it? Changed your personal details? Want to change your numbers? Soon, you will be able to handle all this without going to the MIA service center – just with a few clicks in the app", – the announcement states.

Currently, the "Diia" team invites everyone to test the new feature in beta mode.

How to apply for beta testing:

  • Visit the link to the "Diia" portal – https://diia.gov.ua/zamina-tekhpasporta;
  • Fill out a short form – provide your name and contact information.

Who can become a tester:

  • You are 18 years or older;
  • You have a tax number (RNOKPP) in "Diia";
  • You have a biometric document in the app: passport or ID;
  • You own a vehicle, and your registration certificate is already in "Diia".
