The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine is launching a new survey among service members aimed at enhancing service conditions as part of First Lady Olena Zelenska’s initiative for a barrier-free environment.

According to the press service, the survey will allow military personnel to anonymously express their views and share experiences regarding the barriers they face.

These barriers can vary from social, physical, or psychological challenges that complicate duty performance and adaptation to military life.

Additionally, respondents are encouraged to propose their ideas for improving service conditions and supporting the military.

The survey consists of six main sections addressing everyday situations, digital obstacles, and interactions with government institutions.

The collected responses will be used to formulate recommendations aimed at enhancing accessibility and creating a more supportive environment within the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
