The employees of the Municipal Enterprise «Housing and Communal Services «Cheryomushki» are regularly maintaining order in the residential areas.
Twice a day, the company’s workers carry out cleaning tasks (sweeping yards and sidewalks, emptying trash bins, picking up litter, washing waste containers, etc.).
Additionally, they perform grass cutting, tree pruning, and care for flower beds and lawns around the buildings under their management.
Moreover, upon request from residents, the municipal workers conduct repair works on the life support systems of buildings (replacement and repair of heating, water supply, sewage system pipes, electrical systems, roofs, and entrances, among others).
Since the beginning of October, the workers have carried out maintenance of the elevator unit at the address: Ovidiopolskaya Road, 6, repaired the central heating pipeline in the basement of buildings located at: Cosmonauts Street, 66 and E. Tantyuri Street (Gen. Petrova), 7/1, as well as performed other preparatory work for the heating season at the addresses: Filatova Street, 66, Novikov Street, 17, and Cosmonauts Street, 19/1.
The specialists also performed partial roof repairs at the addresses: Ivan and Yuri Lip Streets, 76, Varnenskaya Street, 14/2, E. Tantyuri Street (Gen. Petrova), 45, Filatova Street, 37, and I. Rabin Street, 29.
In addition, the municipal workers carried out maintenance and repairs of drainage systems at the address: St. S. Richter, 148/1, replaced an automatic switch in the switchboard at the building located at: Cosmonauts Street, 28, and checked sewer manholes at the addresses: I. Rabin Street 5, 22, and 57, carried out sewer discharge cleaning at the address: Radisna Street, 23, and restored the sewer pipeline at the address: Filatova Street, 48.
